As we come off of a so-called “hot labor summer”—with historic strikes and protests in every industry—it’s clear the workplace is changing. And that’s on top of the changes already happening, especially for women and and non-binary people: from the Great Resignation to the continuing demands for equal pay and caregiving policies.
With all of that in mind, in October 2023 The Meteor hosted Work Shift, a live New York City event bringing some of the leading thinkers on gender and work together for a day of conversation and community.
